We are only at the very start of our journey so far but what I can say is every interaction I have had so far has been nothing but positive. We had a bad experience at another clinic in 2020 so was nervous to go to another and get the same treatment but the staff all over ABC have been amazing and have treated us as if we are there only patient. The nurse Emily who did my first scan was incredible I felt she wanted to get to know us personally and I really felt that she cared. Due to such a great start I am so happy we chose ABC IVF and have no doubt the next most important steps we will receive the same treatment.

We started our fertility journey in dec 2021, a few ups & downs but we finally got our miracle baby. The staff at the clinic were absolutely brilliant & helped us a lot. Thank you abc wilmslow x

Today we're overjoyed to share that we've been discharged from ABC (Wilmslow) after our 8-week pregnancy scan following our successful experience with reciprocal IVF on the first round. The ABC team have been absolutely outstanding throughout these past few months.We'd like to extend a special commendation to Emily O'Brien, who truly stands out as an exceptional asset to the clinic. From our initial consultation at ABC, which revealed some unknown complex issues, Emily's professionalism and warmth put us completely at ease, so much so we personally requested her for all our subsequent appointments.Our heartfelt thanks go out to the entire team at ABC, with special gratitude to Emily for her exceptional care and support, we’ll miss you!!!

We will forever be eternally grateful to the ABC team at Manchester (Wilmslow). From the minute we started our journey, the service we were provided with was absolutely fantastic. The communication & the whole process was so clear and efficient. Any questions that arose were immediately answered & we were involved in every step of the way. We were fortunate to have success first time and have recently sent a photo of our gorgeous boy to be displayed proudly on the wall. We 1000% recommend ABC fertility as the whole team rock! The staff at ABC were wonderful during very stressful and upsetting journey of unexplained secondary infertility.It took a year of treatment and multiple rounds but we got our IVF miracle!I would recommend doing your research before proceeding with IVF to understand different options and medications that you may wish to be considered. In doing my research I was able to have an active hand in my treatment and work with the team to take the right path for me!

With the old biological clocks ticking and after a year or so of trying we opted to look at IVF. We put quite a lot of research into the choices that are available, and came across ABC/create.We registered to watch a presentation and liked the idea of a mild IVF approach focussing on the quality of production, using less of the medications required than you might find with a more aggressive approach, and my partner liked the idea also.We discussed our options, costs etc and were assigned a patient coordinator who would be our point of contact throughout the process.Everything was super simple and well explained. My partner went to one of the sites for a health check, and payments were made after which the medications arrived.These were carefully delivered and there were clear instructions on what to do and when.Both my partner and I attended the Manchester site throughout the treatment. The team there were friendly and nice, and conveniently placed opposite a large car park also :)Everything was assessed for quality and we received regular updates on the development and viability. Fortunately we had a viable candidate by day 5 and this was transferred. Sadly this one didn’t take, and the first round was unsuccessful.We then discussed options again and decided to try again. We had additional complications this time also as a previous vasectomy reversal (which was successful) had scarred over and now meant that SSR would be required.This additional operation was also performed by ABC in Manchester, and they managed to retrieve suitable samples via microTESE (I think it’s called!)Similar process again, and again fortunately by day 5 we had viable candidates. We opted to transfer one and freeze the rest.Luck was on our side this time as it took and we got pregnant. A follow up scan was offered by ABC and all looked good so then it was just a waiting game.We’re happy to say that our second attempt was successful and our baby girl was born happy and healthy at the end of July, 7lb 8oz, 11 days late no less.The process with ABC was simple and clear, and the results speak for themselves. At the time it might seem a long way off, and I know others might take longer or not be successful, but in terms of our experience, I couldn’t recommend ABC highly enough.We are over the moon, though it’s still sinking in!!

I was please with the treatment recieved from the Manchester clinic. Staff were friendly and helpfull on every occasion. I was lucky and fell pregnant after my 1st round of IVF and now have a 9 week old little boy. I will hopefully be using ABC again next year to try for my second baby. I would recommend this clinic to anyone thinking about IVF.

In all honesty it was a great price but I feel I got what I paid for. The admin during the process was shoddy and on a couple of occasions I was given wrong information, couldnt ever get hold of anyone and given no syringe for my trigger shot. It added a lot of stress to an incredibly stressful time. There were a couple of lovely people but I must say a lot of the staff didn’t seem to want to be there. Most appointments started late and I never saw the same person twice. On the day of my second transfer the doctors and nurses had an argument with each other outside my cubicle. I just feel like a lot of this could have been avoided and made the experience less daunting. That said I have a 4 month old baby and 3 in the freezer and that’s all that matters I guess.

Had an amazing experience with the Manchester site. From the consultation to the end process was really good. Everyone was helpful, informative, empathetic and caring throughout. Definitely recommend!

We are forever grateful for the amazing care we received from start to finish along our journey. We used both Liverpool and Manchester clinics. Every single person who was involved along our journey, you all led us to our baby girl who was born on 20/11/23. Thank you will never be enough, we are blessed beyond measure. The staff are all amazing, caring, empathetic & the finance option was so helpful for us too. Thank you all for making our little boys wish come true, to become a big brother, and thank you for helping us extend our family after years of secondary infertility ❤️
