For once I enjoyed spending my money with an Ad what a change to go into a store and feel valued, and not had a look as if I stepped in something nasty. Such a difference to my experience across the road when I asked if they had anything in the way of Rolex they could offer me ? With one word no. Not a what are you looking for, how much do you want to spend, even though I have a spend history with them. So I walked across the road, and what a pleasant experience. This is the second time we have bought from Berry’s and had the same positive experience. Well done to all the staff.

What an amazing shop with equally as amazing staff members! Liam, Jenna, Hei and Cam are an absolute credit to the company and made my experience of buying an omega a 10/10 one! Fantastic experience at omega Nottingham, I have brought many luxury watches in my life and never had such a good personal experience as I have from these guys . Sean , Liam and Fiona and the other young man I cannot recall his name , excellent customer service . I have brought 3 watches now from Sean and the knowledge of the watches you buy are excellent . I brought a omega and a Rolex last year from another AD and I knew more about the watches than the person selling them . You don’t want that , you want to be served by someone who knows the product there selling and that is these guys . Cannot recommend enough . See you soon . Julian .C
