My son experienced severe chest pain a few weeks ago and we rushed to the UCC at the hospital. Then we arranged an appointment at this clinic for further consultation where we had a wonderful experience..Dr Chai is an incredible cardiologist specialist with an outstanding knowledge and personality who cares for his patients and ensures of a high quality standards of medical care. We are extremely grateful to him and highly recommend becoming his patient!Thank you.

Having spent several days in hospital recovering from an acute cardiac issue I reached out to Dr Josh and his team for help expediting investigations, I was so impressed I happily used Dr Josh for the duration of my illness.From my first call through in person experiences (10 months total treatment) Josh and the team were compassionate, efficient and grounded. Put really simply they were experts bringing clarity to ambiguity.No question was stupid and realistic advice was shared, all tests and treatments were arranged rapidly and without intervening appointments, Josh went above and beyond through calls and emails as we connected throughout our agreed plan.My parting note to Josh still stands which is a) hopefully we meet in better circumstances and b) if I ever have any issues I know whose number I’ll be calling first

Excellent service. Was very worried about my son a few Saturday’s ago as he has had myopericaditis on and off for over two years....I found the phone number for CardioQinetics and was surprised a Dr answered over the Easter Weekend. initially he reassured over the phone and then even more reassured my son with the private consultation on the same day. My son also was well assured after à through examination. So lucky to have found this clinic and Dr. Joshua Chai. After waiting so many months for my son who is a professional basketball player to find a Dr who is there for him.....hoping this journey continues to positive for my son this time as he has been made to wait and wait and given the all clear three times before by other Drs but with no follow ups. We are fully confident that Jay is in good hands with Dr. Chai. Thank you for all you did a few weeks ago, look forward to Jay seeing you again soon to see his progress.

I can’t recommend Dr Chai enough! After feeling extremely unwell for a good couple of weeks and not getting anywhere, I spent a good few hours one weekend searching for a local cardiologist and came across his profile. I’m so glad that I did! I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Dr Chai is extremely thorough with the questions and get to know facts. You definitely feel like you’re being heard and understood, which for me was so reassuring! He wasn’t rushing to see the next patient and really spent his time making sure everything that needed to be checked was and he was more than happy to answer my never ending list of questions. Fast forward to just over a month later and I’m feeling so much better. Dr Chai and his lovely receptionist Zoe were so helpful and accommodating during my appointments with him.Thank you both!! :)

An excellent clinician. I highly recommend Dr. Joshua Chai. We are most grateful for his expertise and care. From our initial contact with his office, the process in place was efficient and patient focused. An early appointment was available, communication was excellent and we were put at our ease from the outset. It was a huge benefit to have an ambulatory ECG and Echocardiogram performed by Dr. Chai at the first consultation and follow up tests and results happened exceptionally quickly.

Dr Chai is a genuine pleasue to deal with. He makes the complex understandable and gives balanced, authoritative advice and guidance about all of your options; I consider myself fortunate to have found him. This is a cardiologist at the very top of his game and I unreservedly recommend him.

I met with Joshua Chai following episodes of post-exercise palpitations. Joshua is clearly incredibly knowledgeable, however he explains everything in ways which are easy to understand. He is calm, kind and composed and I felt in very very safe hands. I would recommend Josh to anyone seeking a cardiologist and feel very fortunate that I was able to be seen by him. A total professional.

Dr Chai is an amazing doctor. He saved my life and went above and beyond anyone. His professionalism and kindness is more than I could ask for.
