Called Jake at 8pm regarding a french door that had a problem. He offered advice to ensure door was secure that night and came the next day to change the gearbox and other bits I don’t understand and the job was complete in under 30 minutes. Jake and Joel were friendly and professional chaps and I have no hesitation in recommending them to you!

We contacted Jake and Joel on a Sunday evening about an issue with my elderly father’s door after he was taken into hospital following a fall at home. They were really sympathetic and very professional. As I am not local they agreed to meet me at my Dad’s house the following day at a time convenient to myself after a long journey and could not have been more helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them 100%.

Emergency call out at 8pm, he arrived quickly. Once here, he was very efficient, friendly and competent. Would definitely recommend (and use again if I lock myself out again!)

I have used the services of Jake & Joel on two occasions, on each occasion I have found them to be professional, polite and friendly. Their workmanship an attention to detail is excellent, they will always discuss what needs to be done to solve the problem and will give a quote on the cost which is very competitive prior to commencing.

Really impressed with Jake and Joel. They recently fitted 4 doors for me. Had a few challenges along the way with wonky frames but they persevered and did a really good job. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.
