Had Luke and his team in to do a bathroom renovation recently. From start to finish they were nothing but perfect. Luke came to take details of the job and advised on some more technical topics regarding the fit to make sure the project went smoothly, then offered me a very competitive quote. The day before the job he visited and gave his colleague a full run down of the job details, communication was perfect! During the job itself Nick and Ben were fantastic, so knowledgable, friendly and genuinely nice guys. There was 2 snags with a leaky seal and an isolator not working but quickly and efficiently they were sorted with ease. I was worried about a carpet that had been recently replaced but full protection was fitted, all rubbish tidily sorted out. The end result… wow! I couldn’t have asked Luke and his team for anything more. The workmanship is 12/10, such a high quality finish. Highly recommended and we will be having them back to remove a kitchen load bearing wall. One very happy customer!!

These guys are just the best! I searched for a long time to find the right builders to renovate the upstairs of my house. As soon as I met Luke I knew he would do a great job. The whole Bannister team are so friendly, kind and respectful. They are all super skilled too. I was so nervous about the project, but they kept me informed every step of the way and put up with my constant questions! A very happy customer. I am now planning my next project with them.

Luke Bannister is as genuine as they come. He has built a wonderful team around him from Steve, Sam, Nick, David and Sam the apprentice,John the electrician through to Honor doing the admin who are all thoroughly down to earth and extremelely eager to please and provide value for money. No little extra is an invonvenience from start to finish along with being very human with an acute understanding of being human to their customer. Extremely family orientated with an ability to treat their customer as family and we are now proud to hopefully be considered as part of the Bannister Builders family. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thankyou to you all.
