Our beloved Golden Retriever Jack sadly passed at home on August 20th and from the minute we spoke to Alex on the phone, ICare Pet Crem were so understanding and respectful. The service they provide is professional but also caring, personal items such as cuttings of hair taken, casts of Jack paw and a beautiful Golden Retriever urn. I cannot recommend them enough at such a difficult time. A special mention to both Elizabeth and Tom for the help & support at such a difficult time.

Thanks to Alex and Elizabeth at Icare for such good service.To Elizabeth for organising a vet home visit at very short notice when our own vet let us down. We had so wanted our wee guy's passing to be in his own familiar surroundings and this was made possible. The vet Elizabeth arranged, Zoe, was a lovely and compassionate person. Everything was done in a very quiet and peaceful way, no rushing at all and an incredibly difficult time was made just a little easier.Alex organised things at the crematorium and everything was handled in a calm and quiet way, allowing us the space and time to say goodbye to our beloved wee guy.

Very pleased with how well they handled the whole process from start to finish when I lost my cat recently.Arrived at my house in plenty of time before the vet left. Even though the vet was late in arriving, they were happy to give us as much time as we needed. Took great care of my cat, picking her up from the house on the Friday and returning her ashes on the Monday. Thanks for making a very difficult time as easy as possible.

I would like to thank the whole Team at ICare on behalf of me and my Family for how caring and understanding they have been since the passing of our beloved Pug Molly. We took her directly to them after she passed away on Saturday morning in her sleep. We contacted them 1st thing in the morning and were told to bring her through. The atmosphere in the place was beautiful and we knew we were in good hands from the moment we turned up. Thanks again guys for making a Hard time for us very easy.

Our little dog passed on recently, and she was treated with compassion, respect and love by the team. My wife and I were both deeply moved by the process when our dog was picked up. The man who came to collect her displayed genuine warmth, and empathy. It has been an awful time for both my and I, but we know that our wee dog is now resting easily.

We cannot thank Alex and his team enough for their compassion, understanding and respect when helping us lay our boy Bubba to rest. They made the most horrendous experience a little bit easier and left us feeling reassured that we had given Bubba the best possible farewell. His remains were so beautifully presented with such thoughtful touches.

Our pain would have been so much greater if it wasn't for these guys and the service they provide. We were all with our precious Sam at the end and it was important to us that he was treated with dignity and care. ICare Pets did this for us and we will always be grateful to them.
