Very happy with service provided from quotes to completion. Felt confident that the team understood the systems really well and what was the best solution for our property and priorities. Had solar panels, battery storage and air source heat pump installed replacing our gas boiler. Solar install very smooth and happened very quickly.Heat pump took a little longer and was more complex as we needed radiators changed. Slight delay in completing job as one radiator size was hard to source but we were never without heating or hot water.Office and onsite team really good at keeping us informed about job. Everyone who worked onsite was pleasant, professional and invested in providing a really good service.Very happy with how system is working (1 month in).

EcoFuture have transformed our home and we couldn't be more pleased. They have been professional throughout and so caring of us and our house during the installation process. They have been back lots of times to check on things and improve efficiencies as they get more data out of the system. We used to have expensive to run and difficult to control storage-heaters and now we have an amazing air source heat pump instead. The system just runs itself and the house quietly stays at a lovely warm, comfortable temperature without any input from us. It can easily make the house toasty-hot even when it is -5 outside. Don't believe all the things you read in the Daily Mail; the technology does work and works really well - you just need the right designer/installer and EcoFuture are definitely the team for the job.As well as our heating system they also completed a full home re-wire, new lighting, bathroom installation and structural work on the kitchen. This meant that we completed a big project all under the supervision of one team - this massively reduced the stress of managing lots of different contractors myself. The quality and attention to detail has been impressive.We will definitely save thousands of pounds from our energy bills moving forwards, but we have also slashed our environmental impact and have a lovely warm house with no fossil fuels consumed on site whatsoever.

We had Solar PV, battery storage and an electric vehicle charger fitted at our home in Newcastle by the team at EcoFuture back in June.The process was a pleasure from start to finish. We had multiple quotes from solar panel installers in Durham and EcoFuture weren’t the cheapest but their technical knowledge and attention to detail convinced us to go with them. We weren’t disappointed. Install went smoothly and workman very friendly. Solar panels and battery are already having a big impact on our bills.
