We can't praise the service highly enough. A replacement lock and keys were installed within 24 hours to one of our portacabins (originally supplied by Modex, where we (me actually!) had mislaid a key to an interior door.Many thanks to Rebecca and her colleagues in the office and to Alan who delivered the lock and keys in person, as he was working in our area.Many thanks, Jane
