Following on from my wife's review on the 15th November, we attempted to resolve the matter with Pixel Events. Having not heard anything by the first week in December I phoned Luke, who apologised and told me that he had not seen the email we had sent him two weeks previously, but assured me that he would send out a copy of our photos.We have been awaiting receipt of these ever since.Due to the up and coming Christmas period I felt it best to leave any follow up correspondence until the New Year.I called Luke again today to see where are photos were and was told he had no intention of sending them out due to the fact that my wife's honest review had not been removed!!!I am not impressed with being blackmailed by this company who could of resolved this issue amicably!

They turned up, set up and left.. everything else leaves a lot to be questioned.I would also like to state I gave them an opportunity to resolve this before reviewing however after waiting 2 weeks, I have given up waitingThey advertise the price includes an attendant for the evening, it does not. Which meant a lot of guests took both sets of photos .. if we had known no one would be there we would have drawn up a plague to ask guests to leave a copy of photosWe paid up front and arranged set up times but on the day (of our wedding) my partner gets called to confirm times (not professional when already agreed also not what you want on the day of your wedding) and to ask for cash on the night minus deposit.. we had paid 14 days prior so did not owe them money!So not only have we overpaid for a service that was not as advertised (including cost of an attendant) we are now also paying out for additional prints. Not impressed really, at least you get a USB of the pictures to be able reprint.I would avoid using this unorganised, unresponsive company. I am thankful they at least showed up, it worked and we do have some awesome pics of the evening but you will get a better service else where, shame really as with some organisation they could be good!
