A great experience from ordering to picking up the car (Wayne Sales Exe) never put us under any pressure to sign a deal. He kept us up to date with lead times for delivery and at all times was very professional but very friendly. A follow up telephone call after delivery to make sure we were happy with the car was very much appreciated

Excellent customer service!Saw the car I liked, called SG Petch, they collected me the following day for my test drive. They even had the car ready for me to purchase and drive away the same day! Not pushy just great customer service.

Great service fixing my car. Nice finishing touch to get it back valeted inside and out.Think that the ladies who handle customers on the desk could do with a bit more customer service training. I didn't receive a phone call telling me my car was ready to collect until after 5.15pm when closed. I rang at 4.pm to find out my car was ready! Other than this, my car was well looked after as usual.

Booked via Jeep website which didn’t actually book me in, when I called to confirm my service the day before. The service team were amazing and booked me in regardless of the issue, serviced the car within the preferred time frame and provided me with a diagnostics sheet so I can get a warranty issue fixed at a later date.Amazing service and definitely recommend. (Also very accessible to York town for a small day out using the park and ride round the corner)

This the first time I've used SG Petch but it won't be the last. Great customer care. My dealings were with Keith who was professional listened to my requirements and acted accordingly. I'm completely satisfied with my car and as previously stated I will continue to use the company again.

We went to Petch as they had a good selection of small cars in stock, which is what we wanted for our daughter. We chose a car and were able to test drive the car alone and make decision based on our personal view of the car. Then the lovely gentleman who was running the Petch at The Range in York, told us detailed info on the car which led us to purchase it. We were able to collect the car when we wanted and there were little tweaks we asked to be carried out before collection, all of which were carried out without us having to ask again. Nothing was too much trouble. All in all I would definitely recommend Petch. Great staff and great service.

Got my new Motability Kia Stonic from SG Petch, York. I dealt with Wayne Denton who helped me so much, nothing was to much for him, he was so patient with me and going over stuff again when I didn't quite catch what was said. I would highly recommend SG Petch York for a Motability car.

I enquired about a car after closing hours, my enquiry was answered the next day. The salesperson (kevin) was very efficient and helpful. I bought the car 2 weeks later and was very happy with the car I bought. Would definitely buy another car from SG Petch again

Highly recommend SG Petch! Wayne Denton (Sales) was absolutely brilliant, excellent communication, put up with all my (no doubt daft) questions and was really thorough at handover. Nothing was too much trouble for him and there were no pushy sales tactics. Thank you! :)

What a fantastic experience purchasing my new vehicle. The salesman (Reg) was extremely helpful, patient, pleasant and just a joy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and offered great advice and made the whole experience very relaxed. After deciding to purchase the vehicle I emailed him a couple of times in the week with some questions and the responses were immediate and answered in full. What brilliant service. When I picked the vehicle up he went through all the controls with me and I could see the car had been fully prepared and was in beautiful tip top condition inside and out. Full marks to all the staff at SG Petch, monks cross.I've had the vehicle 3 weeks now and I'm so pleased with it. I would not hesitate to recommend SG Petch and will be using them from now on for all my vehicle's needs.Very impressed !
