WholeHealth Open Water Swim Village & Sauna

Great atmosphere always with wholehealth at this lake on everything they do, open water swimming, mindfulness swims, Triathlon, running club, swim run events, social rides. And Great coffee with Wired on Wheels. I love this club.

I discovered this awesome club about 3 years ago. I was grieving the loss of my wife and brother who had both died recently. I didn't know what to do with myself so I spontaneously joined up. I was made to feel very welcome and really enjoyed it.I particularly enjoyed the mindfulness sessions and have since spent many hours floating around taking photos.The club is well run with a real emphasis on staying safe. I feel safe to laugh, shout, be quiet or cry there. There is a real community feel and absolutely no judgement whatever your swimming ability or body shape.A friend recently told me that since spending time at the lake I appear happier, more relaxed and positive.The club has evolved now offering full moon swims and saunas and there is the fantastic Wired on Wheels offering great coffee and snacks post dip.

Fantastic community run by Cat & Wales. I have been coming twice a week since June 2021. I always feel welcome whether on my own or with friends. Im more of a wellness than a fitness swimmer but this is a perfect place for both. Great facilities, very safe and everyone always welcome. New sauna is an absolute treat for the winter! Would give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could!

If you want to open water swim, get yourself down to colwick park with wholehealth! Cat and Wales will look after you, you’ll meet wonderful people and have a drink and cake with wired! What a wonderful wat to spend a morning!

I joined WholeHealth last summer by myself. The entire team made me feel so welcome and safe in the lake. The community feel is amazing. Everyone is so kind and caring. Cat and Wales are so encouraging and supportive , never thought I’d swim in an ice lake!!

The sauna is amazing!!! Cat and Wales are so kind and accomodating. Booking was easy and we were able to go in the lake and back to the sauna many times. V accessible treat in a beautiful nature setting. A proper holistic pampering without getting too far out of town! Highly reccomend - especially to anyone stressed by the grind!
