I have bought most of my furniture for me new apartment from here! Delivery charge is a bit steep but worth it for the good cheap furniture and good service. The delivery drivers will always bring stuff in and put it where you want it too!

I went into the store and made three purchases of furniture. They said they deliver and the cost would be £28. I happily paid for my items and they even arranged to pick up some items on the same delivery. Well, I waited today for most of the afternoon and the delivery drivers called and they refused to deliver my items because they said they were scared of parking tickets. I explained that I was sold the merchandise and they arranged the delivery and they still refused to deliver the items and they told me they would be happy to leave it on the sidewalk. As a disabled person, there is no way I could possibly move these items from the sidewalk. I then called the store where Sharon began to be very argumentative towards me and then said she would refund all my money, not even taking into account I waited all day for my items. I have bought from the Felixstowe Road store and they delivered to me with no problems, straight to my door. Sharon talked to me as if I was a second class citizen and was unsympathetic that I am severely disabled. I am left without my purchases and no resolution whatsoever. This woman should be fired for the way she spoke to me and the people who sold me the furniture should be reprimanded as they should have told me they would not deliver, even though other British Heart Foundation stores do delivered tome. I will no longer support the foundation due to the callus treatment I recieved today.

They have new and old stuff in the shop. All reasonable priced, I have bought a bed, footstool and a TV cabinet. Great delivery service and they are really helpful, and also in the shop the staff were helpful. The staff that move the furniture around need to very fit as they move the furniture up and down the stairs

We booked a donation of furniture to be collected. We received a phone call at 8:10 am saying they would be 30 minutes after 90 minutes I contacted the shop asking if there was a problem. They rung back and told me the drivers could not get down the road because of parked cars. There are 3 roads which all give access to our property. We did not receive a call from the drivers to say they were having problems had they called we could have explained to them how to get access. There were vans travelling up and down all three roads this morning without a problem. The shop said the best they could do was reschedule, our new furniture is being delivered tomorrow so that is not an option. These items for furniture are just 18 months old and in perfect condition. We will now have to take them to the tip because we do not have time to rearrange collection.Terrible service.

Very very disappointing! Had arranged collection of several pieces of furniture between 12-5pm. After repeated phone calls after 5pm...6pm...7pm... still no sign of the delivery guys! Repeatedly getting fobbed off with give us 20mins and we'll be there. What a waste of my time.

Don't buy a mattress, unless nothing bothers you with your sleep & you are a heavy sleeper. The top of the range mattress here which we purchased is not good quality & we wasted our money basically. It is thin and you start too feel the springs pretty soon after initial use. The lrice may be low but not worth it in thr instance. Staff also quite unhelpful & umprofessional. Made to feel couldn't question things as it is a charity store. Lots of things overpriced for 2nds.

Good studff there and you encounter two of the most energetic and kind hearted people who will make you feel home. Sharon is like an amazing host who holds a wonderful vibe and Ross will always be ready to help and both together make a wonderful team. The shop has some good stuff at decent prices and its a must visit

Great value for money. And it is all for a good cause. I furnished my children's house using all the stuff from here and an Argos futon bed. They have all kinds of furniture and electrical goods such as washing machines, dryers etc. The staff are extremely helpful as they are mostly volunteers also. Located quite centrally, they deliver pretty much anywhere in the city.
