From first message via Facebook market to delivery to my lounge these guys were great. Brilliant and responsive communication and happy to help with the technical fault to arcade was listed of having. Love the videos they upload gives you a good sense of what you're buying.Very please cheers guys.

A huge selection of machines and the kind of personal service that is often missing. They want to make sure everything is ‘right’ from having a HUGE selection of machines of all types in their warehouse (they’re more than willing to power any up to let you have a play when you visit) to having an employee make the delivery, install the machine and make sure everything is OK before leaving. If you do have any problem or question, Matt (the owner) is remarkably quick at giving a helpful response and is obviously eager to ensure he has happy customers. Oh, and check out the videos on the website where the machines are demonstrated.

I haven’t even received my arcade cabinet yet but I am still happy to write this review (being delivered Monday!) The owner, Matt, couldn’t have been more helpful. I had an very unfortunate situation where another machine I bought a few months ago broke down and the company I purchased it from do not back their machines and workmanship with a warranty unlike Play Leisure. I have been offered a trade in value towards another machine in full working order, an extended warranty as a gesture of goodwill and Matt has even offered further recompense if my Sega Rally machine can be fixed without sourcing a replacement board. Either way I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough based on this experience. Customer service is top, the selection of machines is second to none, and with all the Sega classics on offer you can bet I will be back again! Thank you

Excellent place to visit the guys fixing arcade, fruit and pinball machines. Always friendly and professional. Ended up with a pinball project - very happy
