What an amazing place . Everyone so lovely and caring. We had an appointment with Andy Moores on Tuesday 6th and Lily, our black labrador, had an elbow arthroscopy the next day. We couldn't have wished for a better place for her treatment. I downloaded the pets app which made it super easy to ask questions and send photos prior to her first appointment. Andy phoned straight after her operation to let us know how it went. We were sent home with all the information we needed regarding Lily's on going treatment. We have booked physio at Burnside which has a hydrotherapy pool on site. I would not hesitate in recommending Moores Orthopaedic Clinic

Our little whippet went to Moores having been recommended very highly by our GP vet having suffered a very badly broken leg after being trampled by a horse in July. We are now through the whole process with a very sound, very happy little lady, as are the rest of us! Chris was very thorough, very clear and helpful, answering questions whenever we had them and being very available. The clinic is impressive and the team were very helpful and accommodating since I always turned up with a newborn and toddler in tow! Flawless recommendation from a family who have been through a similar situation before - expectations exceeded. Thank you Chris and team for giving a very energetic little dog many more pain free years on all 4 legs, and to top it off you can barely see a scar!

I can not recommend Andy & the team highly enough. Everything from making appointments, the consultation, surgery & after care were of such a high standard. They are transparent regarding costs so you aren't left with that worry when you have a pet who may need an operation which goes hand in hand with trust they are doing the best for your animal.Andy is approachable, compassionate, knowledgeable & an expert in his field. Felix, my Weimaraner, had a TPLO Operation, on Tuesday, 3rd August 2023, at 'The Moores Orthopedic Clinic'.What a fantastic clinic – I would highly recommend ‘Moores Clinic’.Not only is ‘Moores Clinic’ incredibly well-priced - the clinic is immaculately clean and beautifully laid out.I was really nervous about the whole procedure - yet I felt so much happier after I met the Team.Chris explained everything in detail before operating - which totally put my mind at ease.The whole Team were phenomenal – patient & kind, loving & supportive.Right from the beginning when Marie answered my initial call – to Chris explaining & performing the Operation; to Karen, the night nurse, taking my call after hours, with Felix’s first night at home - guiding me through all my questions; and finally, Chris calling at regular intervals, after the Operation, to see that everything was okay with my Felix.I cannot ‘sing their praises’ enough – the service and professionalism was incredible; with nothing being too much trouble.I would highly recommend this clinic – they are incredible!!Thank you ‘Moores Clinic’Love Felix & Vanessa

Andy and the team at the clinic carried out a double elbow arthroscopy on my Labrador today. Having had a very comprehensive consultation last week, the whole process has been exceptional:- great communication not only to myself but also my local vet’s practice who referred me, post operation call, associated videos of operation and concise understandable explanations.I would have no hesitation in recommending The Moores Orthopaedic Clinic - attention to detail is remarkable and way exceeded my expectations.

Moores did a first rate job of restoring our Labrador’s knee function, along with offering great advice throughout his recovery. The staff were unfailingly kind, efficient and compassionate. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Andy and the team at Moores Orthopaedic were absolutely first class from start to finish. I can’t thank them enough for the care and consideration they showed to Mack during an incredibly difficult time. His recovery is going so well and that is no doubt due to their professionalism and knowledge. If your dog has orthopaedic injuries, don’t go anywhere else!

I would highly recommend Moores Orthopaedic Clinic they have been outstanding with Milos (dog) care.From the very first meeting with Dr A Moores he made my wife and I feel relaxed and gave us great knowledge about Milo’s patella issues and his surgery.After Milo’s surgery and being back home for a week Dr Moores kept in contact with us and made sure Milo was recovering well.Marie on reception was also great and made us feel very welcomed.Hopefully Milo does not need anymore surgery but if he did we would always go back to Moores.

I would highly recommend The Moores Orthopaedic Clinic. My Cocker Spaniel had a TPLO operation recently. The care of my dog, the detailed information given by Dr Chris about the operation and the post op care were excellent. A comprehensive rehab plan was given on discharge and updated at the 6 week check up. All the staff we met were welcoming and helpful. The operation was a success and our dog continues to make an excellent recovery.

Our Red Fox Labrador, is halfway through a long journey with Moores, it started in Jun with his diagnosis of severe double hip dysplasia, we have just had our post THR review for his left leg. It was not an easy procedure, but the great skill in which the procedure was carried and the excellent post operative support from all the staff, we now find ourselves looking forward to the future. If the 2nd procedure is required, we know our Labrador could not be in better hands. Thank you Andy, for your amazing skill and to all the Staff. Debbie.
