Museum was awesome, lots of cool vehicles, and driving the tanks was even more awesome! They typically need you to book in advance for driving, but they worked hard to squeeze us in at the end of the day. Thanks so much!

It’s such an amazing experience to have the chance to drive a tank (FV432), great to see how a tank work, we had the chance to drive, control turret, aim, fire and reload. It’s an all around experience for a tank. We also shot air guns and arrows, and had chances to compete against my mates (Obviously I won both games, hahaha). The staffs and instructors were super nice and good at instructing. And the museum has loads of weapons (guns, artillery and tanks)

Small but nice collection of military vehicles, spanning WW11 and Cold War periods. There’s also a tank driving experience, on the day I was there i only saw APC’s but what the heck for most one tracked vehicle with a gun is much like another, and very much doubt the designation detracted from the enjoyment of the driving experience for those taking part. I only spectated but looked like those on the driving experience got plenty of time on the course. All the staff are very friendly and willing to talk about the exhibits, it’s obvious the have an extensive knowledge of the subject and are more than happy to share it with you if you ask a question, there also nice little cafe serving snacks, teas, coffee, and soft drinks. All in all if you like your military vehicles and visit other museums of this ilk there’s nothing here you wouldn’t have seen before but still well worth a visit, especially if you miss the rattle of a tracked vehicles nailing it across a field.I very much enjoyed my visit, thank you

Great day out with my 11yr old Grandson. He loves military vehicles and history. There are plenty of scenarios around the museum, depicting moments of history and equipment used during some of the fiercest battles. Highlight was driving around in a 432 APC with a Fox turret to fire paint ball ammo against your enemy while on the move.Big Toys for not just boys, but Girls. There's a battle not to be missed.Staff are very knowledgeable and prepared to make your visit a day to remember.Book a visit,

Fantastic place. Loved the tank driving experience. Staff were great. The museum is superb. My only issue is there's no food served except flap Jack's. A burger van would be great. Just a suggestion. Overall the day was superb.

An awesome experience. The musem on its own is well worth the visit, but... For £30 you can have a ride in one of those big bad boys. (it's not you driving it though. That one is more expensive, but it's well worth it). And it was awesome. We came in today, just after one hour after finding out about this place. We didn't have any plans. So when we asked the staff if we could get a ride they initially couldn't help us. But they said they would try. And they did! Thank you guys! And big, big, thank you to the driver. You made our day and trip special! Good luck and thanks again. Visitors from Poland travelling from Anstey

We bought our youngest son a tank driving experience at Armourgeddon for his birthday. The experience consisted of three drives a tank (actually an armoured personnel carrier) an army truck and an airport fire engine. He thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we paid extra to accompany him as passengers which was most enjoyable. There is also a great museum of mainly WW2 military vehicles on site and a small but perfectly formed cafe. The staff are most friendly and knowledgable and all in all it was a great day out.
