Poor customer service here as I arrived to collect my click and collect order, which was paid for in advance, gave the reference number then was asked to show my Argos card, yet I had left this at home as I don't carry it in my wallet as I only use it for online purchases.I showed my I.D but this is not good enough apparently, I'm not blaming the staff member as she was nice and polite.It's the system that's wrong.I travelled 8 miles to collect this and now won't bother returning

Today, I visited this argos to pick up a last-minute birthday present for my wife.The whole shopping experience was very quick and easy. I browsed the catalogue on the computers found in store, ordered and paid for them there, and then waited roughly 5 minutes for my item to be called out.This argos is situated inside a small retail park close to the centre of Hucknall. There was plenty of parking available when I visited.This was not the first time i had been to this store, and I would happily visit this argos again in the future.

Very poor customer service, ordered 2 ps5 digitals from here for 2 people using 2 seperate transactions and theyre witholding one of them as the 2 people were together when they arrived in store claiming they are just 1 customer which is simply ridiculous! They have marked both as collected which isnt the case as theyve allowed one to be handed out. So they now have £390 sat in limbo with no solution! Sort it out as this is simply unacceptable!!

Argos was fast etc. Delivery driver Jared delivered to wrong place and was really rude when I said I didn't receive the item.

Incredibly rude staff. I got my consumer rights 'half right', at which point the manager told me 'not to quote your consumer rights when you are wrong' and he 'knew all about them'. Good job I knew something, or I would have been walking out with the faulty product and left to contact the manufacturer myself.If the staff have zero respect for their customers, then online every time.

Not very happy. Came to tbe store today and was made to feel like a lepper. Im exempt from masks with three exempt medical conditions. One of the ladies (presuming manager) took a giant step back when i came to the till and told me to step back, i wasnt even close. I took literally half a step back (probably a few inches) which had little distance and carried on with the transaction. Her continued attitude was not acceptable and i left having a major panic attack in my car. This is not acceptable and i may seek advice for disability discrimination. Reply would be appreciated.
