I normally stay at a different Premier Inn, whilst in Plymouth. However not anymore this is a great place to stay with good amenities all within walking distance.A huge difference is the staff being more interactive and illustrating that they care but also looking like they are happy. Both Terrie and Caitlin deserve recognition as they were brilliant as front of house and looking after all guests to ensure everyone’s stay was satisfactory.I shall be staying here regularly moving forward.

Stayed for 2 nights, Saturday and Sunday . Easy to find, 2 car parks close by, £13 for 24 hrs parking. But try the old toys are us car park £5.50 all day and a short walk. Room was good and very large. Had breakfast booked for both nights stay, £9.99,all you can eat, plus they do walk-in! Excellent value. Only down side was being woke up by fire alarm ⏰ at 5am, to find out it was someone smoking in the room !!

Just had my first ever stay in this particular Premmy (15-17/12/23), It's fast becoming a personal favourite. Absolutely Incredible weekend, with a very comfortable room & an amazing stay. I will be returning more often in 2024.

It should of been a 0/ 1 star review but the manager did his best to try to bring the room from 32 degrees lower. Room was crazy hot and probably the hottest room I have ever stayed in. Give Premier Inn some credit they sorted the problem and lived up to the reputation of providing the sleep gaurentee and we continue to book these really great room. Breakfeast was great and kids still eat free. Always a great brand and great comfy bed. Let's hope they continue to improve room temperatures.

Worst premier inn…My room smelled of feet, the electric keeps cutting out on the card isolator as it’s hanging off the wall. Broken gutter outside my window so a loud dripping all night. No water pressure in the bathroom, can’t even wash hands let alone shower.Vending machine out of order do not possibility of having some water during the night.Meat not cooked at breakfast and broken coffee machine..Wow…

Stayed here for 4 nights for business. The staff are good, and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. The room was nice like every other premiere inn. I did find some things - didn't exactly look hard, - such as bottle cap lids and some funky" hairs in the bathroom which made me wonder how much the room was actually cleaned before my arrival

Arrived during the first hours of storm Ciaran. “Dripped” into reception to find no staff. Some in the adjacent bar but got ignored so dried glasses and found machine. No keycards but one was available in the other machine. Checked in eventually and made my was to my room - my existence was not acknowledged once, other than the occasional glance.Room fine as was breakfast. Staff at breakfast were excellent. Check-in experience let you down sadly

We stayed here two nights. Staff were very welcoming and esp Nicola who really really went out of her way to host a family of 14!Mostly being children, took care of all their individual needs and also our special dietary requirements, all with genuine care, not even out of professionalism. Such a kind lovely lady thank you from room 207.Apart from that the only comment I have is that the toilet paper wasn’t up topped up in the bathroom which was inconvenient at 3am and there are no phones in room to call reception and no net curtains on the windows. The comfiest bed n pillows I’ve ever had in any hotel n we travel A LOT !Location is very good in the town centre BUT have to pay £13 for 24 hour pass for the car park 5 min walking distance.
