Claire Winnard has been my mortgage advisor since February. As a first time buyer that is anxious about everything, Claire couldn’t have been any more supportive and has always been available (even on sundays!!) to answer my calls when I have had questions about the house buying process. Claire is very friendly, very patient, very helpful, a lot of help from her set me up the life insurance and finding me a right mortgage. During the pandemic, we communicate through video chat, email and phone chat. Always get me up-to-up during the buying process. Very impressed with her job... Well Done.

Claire helped me find a number of mortgage options, she was quick, professional, & efficient. All it took from me was 1 phone call and sending a few documents, Claire did the rest.While it is possible to find mortgage deals myself, last time I did it I spend ages trawling through comparison sites and applying to the different banks - using a mortgage adviser cuts down on so much of that. Would definitely recommend.
