Darren was a fantastic addition to our wedding, he was a real laugh and made us feel relaxed about our photos, he communicated with us quickly and was fairly priced. His photos are fantastic and there is a great mix of natural and stages styles. Would chose him for any event in the future. Thanks so much Darren!

From the moment we met Darren we knew we had found our wedding photographer. Darren shot our wedding in August at East Mersea Hall, having traveled all the way to us to make sure our special day was captured in its entirety.From start to finish he captured not just every main moment but all the little ones in between as well, I swear he must have been in 2 places at once for some of them! His photos are stunning visually while keeping the charm, story, and character of the day itself.His professionalism and personality made the essential group shots not just quick and painless, but also fun. And we loved laughing along with him during the many different couple sessions throughout the day.Above all else we felt safe knowing that Darren was our photographer, putting our minds at ease for one of the biggest parts of our wedding. He even stayed till the end and came to the rescue of some guests after a mix up with cabs!!Cannot recommend Darren enough!!

We had Darren do the photos for our wedding and I cannot rate him highly enough! He blended in perfectly and sometimes you wouldn’t know he was there but still captured every moment so wonderfully. I would recommend him to anyone getting married as he has created some of the most amazing photos from our special day! He made everything so easy right from the moment we first spoke to him and even more so on the day and everything afterwards.

What can I say! Darren is the best wedding photographer around. You’d be silly not to hire him for your big day!He kept me so calm the morning of the wedding, got on with absolutely everyone! He blended into the background and I had guests say “where was he then!? Didn’t even see him!” Just to capture those natural moments that you look at the photo and remember a memory. We have such gorg shots of our big day and I look at them often because they are just so beautiful. 11/10 6stars and a million thumbs up from me!

We met Darren photographing our friends wedding, and instantly got the best vibe from him. We saw how great he was with all the guests and how he was everywhere and anywhere without being intrusive all at the same time. Plus he was just the nicest funniest guy and clicked with everyone. We booked him pretty much then and there! And we are so so glad we did. He was amazing on the day! He’s a very disarming person so even people that don’t like having their pictures taken, were asking us to grab him for some, and that meant so much to us! All our guests loved him! And the photos are beyond beautiful, more than we could ever have asked for. You can feel the energy through them, and they have allowed us to relive the day and experience it all over again. He captured everything - nothing and nobody got missed out. We can not recommend Darren enough, thank you so much for being such a special part of our day!!

We chose Darren (Reality Photography) for our September wedding - and could not have been happier!He was extremely professional, approachable and helpful from when we first reached out.We had a couple of meetings to discuss how the day would run, and what we wanted.Darren was always easy to contact, helpful, willing to share his expertise and experience, and up front about his product (no hidden extras / additional fees).We loved his documentary style, laid back (but very professional) attitude and approach to the job So many of our guests commented on how nice and friendly he was, that he made them feel at ease and was like another guest.He helped organise our chaotic friends and family into some great group shots, and got so many candid ones throughout the day. Not phased at all by working with pets, children, fire, smoke grenades and drums!He helped us relax (both of us are usually a bit camera shy) and was such a supportive part of the 'wedding team'.(Even extending to providing first-aid when needed - hopefully he doesn't have to use this skill too often!)The 'sneak peek' images were a joy to see a few days after the wedding, and when the final gallery came through we were blown away by how well he had captured our day. We had wondered if we should have had a videographer but going through our gallery, it was not needed at all!!Shooting with 2 cameras from the hip he is a true James Bond of the photography world!From both of us - thank you so so much !!

Just from looking at Darren's previous work, we knew he'd be the right fit for our big day. After the consultation on Zoom (and our cat flashing), we could tell if we went with him, he'd deliver.Darren is genuinely the nicest, most fun (yet professional) guy to be around! Throughout the entire wedding Darren did a great job camouflaging into the background doing what he does best, snapping candid shots (different peeps/emotions) and of course taking the traditional ones we had requested.He made us feel comfy, had us giggling away when he was taking our couples pictures, which really helped us feel relaxed when we really needed to be!I pretty much bawled my eyes out when we received our pictures, we said he'd deliver and he bloody well did.Communication, cost, professionalism, banter - all grade A. We can't thank you enough mate, best decision for our big day.And it's worth pointing out this legend did all this 3 DAYS before his OWN wedding; impressive much?
