Fantastic service. Called at 10am explaining that my Panasonic TV was turning itself off randomly. I dropped it off at 11am and got a call 12.30 saying it was all repaired. Apparently it was running hot and needed a few components changed on the circuit board. Stuart at SJS TV service’s definitely gets the thumbs up from me.

Dropped my TV to be repaired and SJS diagnosed and repaired it in a couple hours! Would recommend SJS as very reliable! Much better than throwing you TV away and better for the environment.

My 43” Sony Bravia Tv died suddenly, just wouldn’t turn on last week. SJS TV Repair were able to quickly diagnose, let me know how much it should cost and gave me a reasonable quote for how long it would take and how much it would cost if it could be fixed. One of the parts had to be sent away to see if it could be repaired and reprogrammed. I dropped off on a Friday afternoon, and it was ready to be picked up the following Wednesday. I cost £135 for the repair, which is significantly less than I would have to pay to replace it. I am very impressed, thank you!

10/10! Absolutely could not have asked for a better customer experience.I dropped my TV off with Stuart after a quick chat on the phone and was provided a free no obligation diagnosis and quote. In under 2 hours Stuart had carried out the repair and I had the unit back working again in my home. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the fault the TV was not quite the same as before. But Stuart was fully transparent on the repairs he carried out, allowed me to test the TV and ensured I was happy before any payment was taken. I couldn't even see the fault myself until it was pointed out to me!Pricing was extremely reasonable considering most other companies take a minimum £60 payment just for diagnosis.Overall, incredibly satisfied. Hopefully I won't have to use Stuart's services again, but if I ever do I won't even think about anywhere else!

I called and asked if they could mend some metal detecting headphones for me. less than 48 hours later, picked up fully repaired headphones and extremely happy with both customer service and price. Would highly recommend giving them a call.

Edit: After a few weeksWe could see a faint shadow at the same place as shown in picture even after back lit LED replacement (though 90 % lesser than what is shown in image). In fact we noticed it when picking up the TV but at that time it didn't feel much. As Stuart suggested, it is because the multiple layers of sheets in the TV were grayed out due to using the TV for a few hours after fault occurred. This shadow is more visible with lighter background than darker ones. It is a bit put-off for the eyes, hopefully I will start ignoring it after a few months. So the moral of the story is, if you see this problem, switch off the TV immediately and get it checked.**************Our 4 year old Samsung 55 inch Curved TV started to show a vertical shadow towards right side of the screen. After being quoted by Samsung Customer care It is better to buy a new TV instead of trying to get the old one repaired" I wasn't convinced.When I googled for a technician Stuart from SJS TV stood out with outstanding expertise and customer service (seen from customer reviews). But the problem was I live 65 miles away from the service centre. In-spite of that I contacted Stuart and he was very quick to respond and offer initial diagnosis (back lit LED fault which he said were very common with LED TVs).Stuart suggested to find a local technician but I insisted to get my TV repaired by SJS themselves. Glad that I traveled so far...Stuart kept me informed on every step of repair and he called me up only when he was happy with the results (he ran the TV for a number of hours to see if the shadow fully disappeared).The TV was dropped at their centre on Saturday and I picked it up today (Saturday).
