Awful company, they told me that due to a change in my situation they would be taking my credit away!!Not sure what they know that I don't.I do not recommend this company and can't understand why Currys use them.

Absolutely VILE experience and hope never to have to deal with Creation Finance ever again. Never answer any calls, no options on ANY of the many phone numbers to actually speak to anyone who might be able to help, vague 'automated' options which don't actually address the problem or query, the phone number on the website is no longer in service. Yet they're quick enough to keep sending arrears letters in relation to an account that was paid off and closed months ago. A truly vile experience - don't touch them with a barge pole.

Never received an email saying my finance agreement was approved, therefore I had to phone and was instructed that I could register on their site using my account number and sign my agreement.Issue is... their website doesn't work. Unable to register an account as it continuously errors out / fails to load pages

Unfortunately a big disappointment to me.After I cancelled my washing machine in the Curry’s , I had a lot problem with my credit score in this country.I contact Creation and Curry’s but no one answered or give me a solution.Terrible experience to me!!!

Awful. They rang three times within 7 minutes when I couldn't pick up the phone and then didn't call back for four days. When I tried to ring them directly it took 15 minutes to get through to someone to speak to.After speaking to someone they said that they would give me a call back at some point, maybe tomorrow.John Lewis need to change their finance solutions as I am now going elsewhere to buy what I wanted.

This company has no decent customer service, irregardless it seems whether you have a good repayments history with the same company, for whatever reasons they decide at the moment in time, they can refuse someone with good credit, great repayments and pretty much a get stuffed attitude at the same time, this is an actual ridiculous excuse for a company.

Gonna keep posting the one star due to their insistence on sending me DAILY emails telling me my account is in arrears. Only time they reached out was when I posted here, otherwise they ignore emails. Terrible company and very poor business ethic. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely ridiculous company! Took out a finance deal with them they apparently had a system error which stopped taking my direct debit then didn’t call me for 6 months to then tell me I’m in arrears, that being more then the Mac book pro I bought when I questioned them on this they said well you still have to pay them, so Iv got to make up for a error from there side when they could have contacted me immediately and I would have made payment but no decided to wait till now to inform me absolutely ridiculous
