Cloud, Voice and Data

Cloud Voice data have been great from the very start. Friendly team walked into my salon and introduced themselves on the very week I was looking to have Cctv installed. They listened to what I wanted and advised me on how they could help, stayed in contact and had my security system installed yesterday. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the cameras. Absolutely fantastic company and highly recommended!

I am very pleased that I have changed the provider for our hotel from YoTelecom to the Cloud, Voice,and Data.Darek ,The representative of the company was very honest and transparent from the start and help build the package , which would suit our company . The price was twice cheaper, then we had to pay previous supplier , plus by the end of the terms all equipment will belong to us .All switching came very smooth and easy , thank to Michael , an engineer , he is excellent. It took him a few hours to do all installation, compare to YoTelecom two engineers were doing the same job for two days.I definitely recommend this company .

Our new internet, telephone and CCTV was installed yesterday and what can I say? Cloud Voice & Data have been great from the very first consultation to now. They have provided us with not only a great system which will improve how we work on daily basis but also great service! Every interaction we have had with the team has made us feel supported and our needs as a small company has been listened to. Great job!

Cloud Voice & Data have been amazing for the company I work for by saving them so much money on energy, telecoms etc, everything was so easy and slick. We were in contact with Robert Jones their Business Development Manager who was extremely friendly and very professional. So glad we swapped to Cloud as they've been a dream and we can't thank them enough!

I have been reluctant to leave this review but it’s been in the making for a long time now hoping that things would improve, and the time has come to give a review.We have been using Cloud Voice and Data for almost 4 years. In that time, we have had many problems. The problems have been regular in occurrence. Things seem to work for a while then they stop working.We wanted to give them 2 stars because as a team they are polite and respectful, but being a small business, we have felt very unhappy with the service we have received. We are now of the feeling that a polite team does not compensate for the lack of service, which time and time again has been brought to their attention.We have CCTV, which was installed when we moved to Cloud Voice and Data. The system is so old it doesn’t work on any new internet browsers, so we are unable to access the footage, but we are still paying for this and the rental of the equipment.Despite our many complaints, and requests for a senior member of the team to contact us, a senior member of the team has never taken the time to contact us to personally apologise and reassure us that our problems are being prioritised.Looking at all the 5 star reviews, perhaps we are just very unlucky. I have suggested to them that maybe it's because we are a small company, that we are just not that important to them as we are not generating enough income for them.I called again last week and I explained clearly on the phone that once again I am extremely frustrated because the reporting for missed calls is still not working, despite my many calls and emails dating back several months now. I was very clear that I wanted a senior member of the team to call me about this. I still have not had a phone call. We still don’t have the notifications of missed call reports so we can call those customers.I then received an email from Cloud Voice Data stating that this service has not been set up and would I like to book a call to set this up, even though they tried to bill me for new licences the previous month for a solution we have been paying for since day 1. It’s simply ridiculous. Things go wrong from time to time, but when it’s so often coupled with the lack of response, you can’t help but feel incredibly frustrated.We are still losing business because of this.In this modern world, you need a technology partner that won’t let your business down. Unfortunately, Cloud Voice and Data have let us down repeatedly.

Due to me owning a utilities consultancy, my customers naturally ask me to support them with their telecoms setup so it's vitally important that I have a telecoms partner that I can trust with my clients. The service that Cloud, Voice and Data have provided to my business and my customer's businesses has been second to none. Smooth phone system installs, mobile ports and straight forward billing plus a friendly customer service. Highly recommend and special mention to Russell, Simon and Tina for their hard work and attention to detail.

We started using Cloud Voice & Data a few months back, and since then they've helped us with a number of projects including a new phone system, upgrading our IT and now managing our IT. The whole team has been so helpful along the way including Russell, Richard and Michael who have all been on hand constantly to help us, as and when we've needed it.We would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done without paying stupid prices!

Thank you team Cloud for such a quick response to my needs yesterday! My router an all internet failed and I was recommended to Cloud to come to the rescue in which they did. I called at 10.15am and they had an engineer with me by 11am! Swapped my router and got me back online. Only charged me for the replacement router too.
