Undacover - We specialise in Marine Upholstery courses. | Undacover - We specialise in Boat Upholstery, Covers and Biminis. If you fancy having a go yourself while learning a new skill we also run courses in upholstery and boat covers. Our courses run weekly from our workshop in Dorset so if you would like to learn how to upholster a seat on a Boat, Rib or Jet Ski you have come to the right place. Dont stop at boat upholstery, we also run courses in making Biminis, Enclosures, Spray Hoods and Boat Covers.

Recently complete marine upholstery and leather repair courses with Sam. Great course my marine course was one on one and the leather course has one other student perfect for me. Sam is a great instructor. Highly Recommended

I have done the 2 week-course at Undacover. I had zero experience with only basic sewing skills. At this course I started from the very beginning and even if you don't know how to sew you will be taught too. Sam went over every aspect of marine upholstery possible. And thanks to her I could start my own business. And the best part of it is that after the course ended I could email Sam with any problems encountered.

I took a marine canvas and upholstery course with Sam in May 2022, with the intention of using my learned knowledge to start my own business. The course was informative and thorough. The course covered all the details that I would run into. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and has been wonderful in answering any questions I have had since finishing the course. A very enjoyable 2 weeks. Wish I could take it again.Natalie

I had a great experience during my week long upholstery course with Sam. I had minimal sewing experience and Sam gave very thorough and patient instructions. Afterward I felt confident to go and test my new skills on my own boat! (Turned out great) The one thing I cannot credit enough is the continued support and willingness to answer questions after the course ended. I can’t wait to take the canvas cover course to continue my learning :)

Had a great couple of days with Sam working on transferring my sewing skills to the world of boat enclosures. A steep learning curve working at my own pace and came away knowing I can do it, with a little practice and patience!

I highly recommend Undacover marine upholstery and covers courses. I can't speak highly enough of the tutor Sam, who is amazingly skilled, knowledgeable, experienced, patient and supportive. I have learnt so much from attending the Masterclass, and gained so many new skills to take into my own business. The pace of the course is well balanced and flexible, allowing it to be adapted to different skill levels and individual requirements.
