Excellent customer service and great glasses. Caroline and Lauretta have brilliant knowledge and their correspondence is first rate. The frames and lenses are high quality and very reasonably priced. Their range is a lot more unique than any high street optician. I’ll be ordering some more frames from Retopeepers in the future.

I am delighted with my glasses (cat eye Audrey Havana). I thought the frames might feel a bit heavy but no, they are lightweight and very comfy to wear. Nice friendly service and they arrived earlier than expected too. I will certainly look at Retropeepers for my next pair. Thank you.

I absolutely LOVE my new glasses! I get so many compliments on the frames and the prescription was filled perfectly. People keep asking me where I got them and I have no hesitation in recommending Retropeepers. Customer service was superb--truly above and beyond. The folk at Retropeepers kept in touch with me along the way, confirming my prescription and PD and when there was an issue with shipping them to Ireland (thanks to Brexit creating problems), they resent the glasses with a different delivery service (DPD) and I received them in 48 hours. I was very impressed! All hail DPD, King of the Couriers! I would definitely order from Retropeepers again. I just hope that, like so many other places that have fallen by the wayside, they don't cease trading with Ireland because of Brexit.

Great customer service! I placed an order for some glasses for cosmetic purposes and I received an e-mail asking if I needed a prescription (was really kind even though I didn't need one). The glasses came in perfect condition, nicely wrapped and in a lovely sleeve case. Delivery only took a few days so very happy with my purchase and really recommend!
