Was not a customer but a neighbour, an employee asked me to open a communal door for him, I asked him to hang on a moment as I was busy and he began swearing and became abusive and called me an a*sehole, then said everyone around here is. Given I live in the centre of Sutton Coldfield and they claim to serve our community that's not very good is it.
