Easy to find can be dangerous to get across road as its right next to a main road but if careful you are ok staff friendly and helpful

I was here on work experience and was treated really well. This is an excellent example of a well run job centre. They have a wide range of work experience opportunities with local employers. Sadly though my claim was transferred to Heanor because I live in their post code area. My experience there is entirely different. Naive manager and outdated computers

If you've tried to phone to ask a simple question you will have given up. Impossible to speak to anyone without giving your life history and blood type . It's a good job it's a free call ,couldn't have afforded it otherwise. Never got through phone died .

My awesome advisor Carolyn is leaving soon and I'm absolutely gutted.She has helped me so much since she became my advisor and has always put my concerns first and has always listened to what I wanted to do.I want to give the jobcentre a one star for letting someone that encourages, listens, motivates and is an overall genuinely nice person go but because of the experiences I have had, I can only give five stars because ultimately, the jobcentre was the ones that allowed me to have such an awesome coach.I'm going to miss my coach and I'm certainly going to miss my friend.

I have worked In the same company for 27 years and have just been made redundant so I went to the job centre not sure what I had to do and I must say the staff there are so helpful and lovely . They can’t do enough for you they are amazing .they put me at ease straight away

It’s not made very clear who to speak to about things, told by one person to go upstairs and let someone know I’m here but there’s nobody upstairs that seems to be the correct person to notify. Not great for 19 year old on their first ever visit with no clue what to do and who to speak to but nobody around who seems happy to help. At least this isn’t a mandatory appointment, let’s see how that goes next week as I’m not holding out much hope.

I like Bulwell Job Centre. It feels peaceful and most of the staff are helpful, apart from the odd one or two. It is convenient. It is easy to get to and the staff treat me really well. The seating area is good. The appointments are always on time, not that it really matters, after all, I have all day.

The staff were fantastic lots of communication and sorted us out quickly and efficiently the staff are very helpful and friendly made our experience very comftable as we aven't had to deal with things like this as we Ave always worked untill my partner became ill well done Bulwell team

I had a very good experience, especially when I saw my advice she is an amazing person she listened to me and gave me advice on anything that bothered I !!!
