Terrible service!! We purchased a new family car from ajh motor company ltd in July 2022, paid £34,000 in full and the vehicle still NOT HPI CLEAR.Horrible experience, Mark the owner has made the experience of purchasing a new family car a nightmare. we now just want to return the vehicle back and he would not confirm or respond to our emails.The vehicle still has finance outstanding on it! He had sold this rangerover sports to us which use to belong to celebrity's ; Mathew Sarisfield & Charlotte Dawson.We payed £34k for the car in FULL and then found out it still has finance on it.The owner of the business ;Mark has been making empty promises to clear the finance for the past 2+months now and has failed to do this! We have contacted him almost everyday since purchased to have this sorted out. He said he cleared it and promised to send confirmation as proof but failed to do this numerous times. We asked for proof of payment from him so that we could send across to the finance company directly to have it removed and get HPI clears on the car- again we have just been messed around by Mark. Now its apparent that he has not payed off the finance.He has excuses for everything and nothing to back it with.Do not purchase anything as its standard practice to be messed around by Mark and only experience we had was stress!We will be contacting the FCA, OMBUDSMAN, TRADING STANDARDS , and filing a lawsuit as he kept the money and has not payed off the finance. The Previous celebrity owners has been made aware but not responded yet.Fraudulent company that's all I can say.

I went to AJH on the recommendation of my sister who got her car from there a year or so ago. I have to say I'd been stressing about finance because my credit probably isnt the best. From the moment i got in there David was fantastic. Sorted my budget, asked what i wanted and made sure i was happy with what i could afford. Some car salesmen can seem a bit pushy in some garages, but AJH are literally there for you as the car buyer. Everything was sorted in a few hours and ive got a great car off a place i can't recommend highly enough. Thanks David and Mark, you honestly went above and beyond for us.

Recommended by a friend. So glad i took their advice. Absolutely over the moon with my car. Got a great warranty with it too. Helpful staff who aim to please. Cannot fault any part of the service i got.

5 months down the line and I'm still waiting for the finance to be settled!They took full payment for the car and they did not clear the previous owners finance. Fraudulent company, now seeking legal actions - if anyone else has been scammed get in touch with me please.

First ever car I’ve got on finance so I had a lot of questions and all staff was considerate and professional. Dave looked after us and he was professional but also relatable really went above and beyond. You can tell he doesn’t just work as a salesman he wants to provide you with enough information for you to make your own decisions on choices of car spec, affordability etc. Really happy with the car purchase but also really appreciated the communication during the few days we were dealing with AJH. Was recommended here by a family member and would recommend anyone to go with this company as their quality of both customer service, finance options and cars are better than anywhere else I looked into.

I buy Audi A3 and everything was ok . It’s a good car and they keep all promises. Despite the fact I was a Thursday for service ( my appointment was Friday ) still the owner arranged my service on the spot. What I can say. Thanks guys.

Mark and his team were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service. The car I bought is just what I wanted. Would definitely recommend

Currently paying for a van parked up path as in under a year it is bust and no garages will fix. Dealership claim was given with a 6 month warranty. Now doing further research this piece of tin had been failing MOT’s since 2018. Avoid as you could be scammed with no option but to pay monthly finance with no help from dealership who wrongly sold a faulty wreck.

Had been looking for a particular spec car for ages, and there it was... my perfect car in AJH Motor Company. Service was fantastic from start to finish. Felt like excellent value and nothing was too much trouble.Mark and David looked after us so well. Highly recommend this company.
