Disappointing service on the repair side. Since their takeover by Hexagon things seem to be slipping in terms of quality.We are having to wait a long time for calibration and repairs. This combined with our most recent repair came back partially fixed. We have had to sort elements of it ourselves.SCCS charge a lot of money for their services and will certainly consider using other surveying companies after this.

My first experience of this company was back 2013 when Chris and Colin were looking after machine control with a excellent technical and back up service. Unfortunately since they have been taken over by Lieca themselves the high standard/service you come to expect has become very poor !Can never get to talk to any one for technical help and when you finally do all they want to do is sell new equipment rather than up grade existing software or simple fault finding in the sensors or cables .We now use s×n b××t for all our machine control maintenance and new purchases who offer excellent technical help and call back with in the hour .
