This is the worst council i know - they are criminals who give themselves pay rises every year while council services continue to worsen. Roads are full of potholes , trees and bushes on public roads are not trimmed regularly and our high street is a joke. Southgate used to be an upmarket suburb and now is a ghetto.

It is the fifth time they haven't collected my recycling bins. Very disappointed with them as any time I call them they find excuses of not collecting. We pay the council tax and I don't know where this money are going to. There is no service for long time.

Enfield Council has got to be one of the worst councils in the whole of England, let alone London. Their customer service is nonexistent and most of the time their website doesn’t work! Why are we paying council tax in such a lousy borough?

Congratulations Enfield council for ruining my life. You are the lowest of the low. You have destroyed my faith in all humanity refusing my appeal despite you sending letters to an address I didn’t live at, where is the justice. I hate you, literally hate you. You have ruined my life. You disgraceful, disgusting, in-humane, heartless, lowlife organisation. I will never forgive how you have wrecked my life.

I'm so sorry Enfield council is not working every where is rubbish not one working goodWe are paying our service charge but no service no cleaning NottingWe are pay for my fire door it been more than 1 year they sent to letters We can change this summer I ring councilThey said to me give me 10 minutes I back to you ...I call them more than 10 times no one help to meNot nice people paying but not getting any service worse council... some one need to do work.. if you getting money from people you have to do some work ...

The worst council in the uk never fails to deliver... I'd just like to thank you soooo much for increasing parking charges and making the lives of residents even harder at every opportunity..amazing. Your real leader Sadiq Khan must be soooo proud. Well done enfield council.

I am a 70yr old disabled OAP with COPD & I cannot park in the disabled bay where i live because of motor scooters parking inside or in front of the disable bay & Enfield Council tell me they cannot do anything as it is not a controlled parking zone,have you heard anything rediclous as that? A disabled bay that can't be used by disabled people? What is this Council coming to?

Emergency Housing Team, hang up phone culture, headed by Avi or ABI, and followed by Folake, this team hangs up on calls which have been waiting for at least 45 minutes does not allow customers to leave feedback cos they hang up on u. Avi, Emergency housing team comes across as ego driven and vindictive man, who wields the power of God! Emergency Housing team which hangs up on calls, may be responsible for the deaths of homeless people in London. But who cares, Avi just wants his pension and salary whilst doing job, a 2 year old can do plus most 2 yr olds speak better English then Avi.

After being messed around by a job which I was ready to start, failed to give me a start date 2 weeks later have now told me they can’t afford the budget to hire me after offering me the position. Enfield Council instead of messing candidates around, in future keep them in the loop.
