The COP Shop was unbelievably helpful in helping us replace the cushions on our conservatory cane seats. We chose the coverpattern, measurements were taken and in two weeks we had new seating, of a much higher quality than the old upholstery, and much more comfortable. I praise their service too highly. We are delighted. Our conservatory is like a new room

My wife and I purchased a Dresser, TV Unit and lamp table and a couple of the handles on the dresser had broken. This was after having purchased the furniture a couple of years earlier. So I thought that I would have a problem obtaining replacement handles.When I appeared at the store in Grimsby to see if they could be replaced I was told that they were now not available. The handles design had been changed since we purchased the furniture. They not only gave me a whole new set of handles for the set of furniture that I had purchased but they also gave them to me free of charge.This standard of service is second to none and I would recommend this store on customer service as well as a great selection of furniture.Richard & Janet.Waltham.

We have passed this shop on so many occasions, never thought to call in for a look around. So disappointed with the usual furniture shops in the area, we decided to give COP a try when we wanted a new dining set and sideboards. We can't really express how grateful we are to Tim, Marion and the team at COP. The furniture was delivered on time, assembled without fuss and we were only asked for full payment once we had seen it set up in our home. Excellent service, good price, good quality. Thanks to you all at COP. You deserve to do well. We will return and happily recommend your store for modern, quality furniture but old-fashioned service!

Great place to shop for real wood furniture and accessories, good prices, very friendly and helpful personnel. I live in Cyprus and just called in by chance. I bought a full dining room suite, plus other furniture for the lounge and a couple of accessories. Tim was extremely helpful throughout. All items were inspected, repackaged and sent to my courier. Received all items, including glass cabinets in excellent condition. It was a pleasure doing business with the COP shop and especially Tim. Very pleased with all our new furniture. We will do business again. Thanks Tim, very professional, a 5 star business.

We have just bought a three piece suite for our Conservatory. The choice in this shop was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff i looking after us. They certainly went the extra mile. Although during this time dates of delivery could not be given they kept us fully informed of what was happening. I would not hesitate to use this shop again. I would like to thank Tim, Nicola and Karl for their outstanding service, and would highly recommend them.

We came across COPS by accident. Decided to go in and were very impressed with what we saw...and the smell of real wood and polish. It was suggested that we look at other shops in the locality to compare but we returned, placed our order and in a couple of weeks we received our new bedroom straight from the factory. Nicely made in the locality and everything fits and works just as it should and it is real wood. And at reasonable cost. Personal service. We need more items so shall be back again. Can't wait to return to meet again with super people, super prices and super furniture. It is a treat to stand and stare at such nice furniture.
