Keith was brilliant from beginning to end, he arrived within an hour of being contacted and resolved the issue within 2 hours.Keith was very thorough and explained everything along the way. The drains were tested a number of times and everything was disinfected leaving a pleasant cherry fragrance.I've never had to use drainage services before but I won't hesitate to recommend A+ services (Keith) to anyone in the future.
