Fantastically helpful guys. Really useful inside knowledge on the best washing machine to get for longevity, function, supply of parts and their prices are competitive too. They are very laid back and do not push at all, very happy to talk through options with you. After a couple of chats with their engineers I tried one last thing and managed to fix my machine myself. Almost disappointed not to be able to buy a new machine from them! Also their offer of a £30 credit if they can't fix your machine or you decide the parts of too expensive to buy is a great deal as they offered free delivery and the price of the new washing machines was as good as I could get elsewhere. Brilliant personal service. Efficiency and courtesy from start to finish. I have recently had YAPP repair both my vacuum cleaner and my washing machine. Both jobs were done to my complete satisfaction. This is an honest and reliable family business. Such companies are rare as hens’ teeth. Can’t speak too highly of them.

Excellent Service.The guys did a great job repairing the slide under door on our Neff oven.It was a tricky repair that took longer than everyone expected but they still only charged the standard rate.

Yorkshire Appliances saved my sanity. When the door alarm developed a fault on my fridge freezer and beeped incessantly, they arrived next day to look at the fault, and the repair was done in good time (once a new part arrived). Good communication throughout, friendly and very efficient service, I would definitely recommend them. Great job (and thank you for saving me from the 8 beeps a minute nightmare!)

Fixed our fridge freezer. We feared it was beyond repair, but they sourced the difficult to find spare part, and then came back and fitted it (at no extra cost). It was a very tricky repair but the fridge freezer now has a new lease of life.
