Planning House

I had numerous planning issues with my self build home and so i was really struggling to make any progress with my application. I spoke to Helen from Planning House who is a fountain of knowledge and quite easily the most proactive consultant i have ever had the pleasure to work with. I am 100% certain i would not have had the positive outcome i had without her help and so i really could not recommend Planning House enough.

Initially I contacted three different consultants. Chris was the only one who actually spent time reading emails between myself and Richmond council and then provided me with advice which resolved the situation in our favour. Thank you!

our outhouse planning refusal was under took by chrissy from The Planning House she has done an amazing job we cant Thank her enough. We honestly thought thats it until we had a letter through the post by The planning house saying they saw a scope in our planning application refusal. Chris has been incredibly helpful and based on my first experience on an enquiry ( as opposed to a full Planning application ) she is top of my list for my next development proposal. I’m an investor who had a query regarding a restrictive covenant on a forthcoming purchase. She was generous with her time on the phone and then followed up with a very detailed email and explanation of how a very recent case in law would impact my situation.
