Last weekend on Saturday afternoon I was on the Yellow tram going to Meadowhall interchange. One of your female tram conductor she speaks a different language and she wears a pink face mask because I’ve seen her once on a different tram and it was the blue tram. She does not check everyone’s tram tickets and travel passes on the tram she just walks from one side of the tram to the opposite side of the tram. She never ever stops to look at peoples tram tickets and travel passes. If she keeps on the doing that the boss of Sheffield supertram will tell her to leave and never ever work with our supertram company ever again. So next time when she starts coming into the supertram office to start her shift I want you to have a nice friendly conversation with her. Tell her about what she should be doing right not wrong ok.

A great way to get around the city. Parked up at Nunnery Square park and ride and used tram into Sheffield. Parking free just have to pay for tram (currently maximum of £2 per journey). Trams frequent into city (Middlewood), Parkgate (Rotherham) or Meadowhall. Trams frequency usually every 10 - 12 minutes.

Don't know what's happening with them lately! Maybe Stagecoach don't give two hoots anymore about customer service as they're loosing it to Sheffield City Council in 2024, as they're always breaking down, and often late when never used to be, even if the particular route not affected by road works.ALSO!WHEN THEY NEED TO PUT EXTRA TRAMS ON FOR MAJOR EVENTS, THEY DON'T BOTHER!INSTEAD! JUST CRAM EVERYONE ON LIKE SARDINES I A TIN.THANKFULLY MY MOTORBIKE WILL BE BACK ON ROAD SOON.SHODDY SERVICE!

Each time going on the Trams from the City to either Meadowhall or Crystal Peaks and back, the conductors have all been kind and helpful. Every time I go Sheffield here on, I'll always aim to use these to get around

Really enjoy traveling by tram they are clean and comfortable and make it so easy to reach the city centre or Meadowhall The conductors are friendly and helpful The only problem is that there are to many people not paying I would suggest more inspectors checking at busy times

I can't believe how many people get on the tram and when the conductor gets near they get out their phones and sit playing on them while the conductor walks up and down shouting any more tickets or passes. Sheffield Supertram must be losing thousands of pounds. It's no wonder the fares are going up!!!

Paid £56 for a adult month pass for trams for it not to be loaded to my card. The card ID matches the card ID on the recipient and when presented to stagecoach customer service nothing has been done. For the last 3 weeks it has been nothing but hassle, annoyance, embarrassing and on occasion I've had to pay twice. I would not recommend purchasing a pass just pay cash on board.

Changed the number 7 bus time to 10 mins earlier and now I get home from work in 2hour and 30mins rather than 1 hour and 30 mins, and bus drivers are always early and don't wait around which is awfully rude

Trams are good and efficient. Only criticism is the timetable and real-time updates on the LED displays at tram stops. Neither is reliable and the latter is an absolute joke and cannot be relied upon.
