Autochoice Bristol

Recently spent a whole day viewing cars and our final dealer was Autochoice, as soon as we walked through the gates I could tell this place was on another level to the other garages we had been. All the cars were prepared to the highest standards, just as good or better than main dealers I have visited.We viewed several cars before deciding on a A Class Mercedes which was in excellent condition and reasonably priced. They seem to have a good variety of cars at a range of prices to suit every pocket. We pointed out a couple of minor issues which they were only to glad to rectify, nothing was too much trouble.The staff I dealt with were very professional and friendly, Max and Karl are two lovely guys and not your typical used car salesmen but all the people who work there are great.In summary I would recommend this place to anyone. Booked in to view a vehicle, had to take time out over lunch to do it. Just before being given permission to test drive I was asked if I was looking at any other cars. Yes, obviously I am I even asked to view two cars they had. At that point sales rep refused to give a test drive as I wasn't going to commit to buying on the day (actually that wasnt even asked just assumed, if it had been driving fine I may have bought who knows.)Waste of my time and stupid way of doing business, considering they seem to be charging well over market value for most of their cars I'd expect slightly more accommodating customer service.

Bought an immaculate condition car here, 10 years old but with very low mileage and basically like new!! We feel very confident and reassured in the car we Bought due to their RAC preparation check list, new Mot & 2 year warranty - very important to us. Excellent sales team, not pushy, left us to our own devices & did not pressure us at all, answered all our questions & helped with all paperwork. Also Max our salesman kept my wife's scarf when she left it behind after our 1st visit & returned it to her a few days later when we returned to complete the purchase - we thought it was list, nice one!! :-)

Great service, good friendly people. I bought a SL400 purchase was easy. I had a long journey to the dealership so had to stay in a hotel. Auto choice dropped me at the hotel and picked me up the next day to complete the deal. I feel they went above and beyond and I'm very happy with my purchase.

First time at auto-choice and I found the experience very good.when we walked in we weren’t jumped on only asked if we needed the key for the Toyota aygo we were looking at.The staff were very helpful and not pushy just a relaxed atmosphere and in the end we purchased the Toyota.The cars are well presented and nothing hidden when asked just honest answers.I would recommend a visit if you want a great car without the pressure selling 10/10

We purchased our vehicle in 2019.,along with an insurance policy.In 2021 our vehicle had a major oil leak.I cannot thank Jeff enough for his support in sorting it out.I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Autochoice.Initially I gave 5 stars as I believed I was buying a car with full service history, however I have removed four stars for the time being ,as I would not like to mislead anyone.I will leave my honest story and final review, when Jeff replies to my email.

Bought a Peugeot 508 from this dealer, ( the car was slightly pricey, but it was an immaculate version and not a scratch on it with very low mileage) so worth the price. The salesman was relaxed, friendly and not pushy at all, he just let me and my partner wander around and make our decision. Once a decision had been made he was very helpful with all the paperwork etc. Can certainly recommend to anyone who would like to buy a car.

Absolutely car dealer cowboys! Bought a car £5000 in one year spent £2000 on it. New exhaust new clutch new gear box. Took it back initially for a problem rude unhelpful staff who reluctantly sorted the problem, next day had a coolant leak, coincidence????? AVOID
