I have found the Observatory opticians provide an excellent service. They staff are so friendly and so happy to help with any problems or issues that you may have. They ring you back when they say they well and nothing is to much. They are the best opticians I have ever been to .

Fabulous service every time.Highly recommend them.These guys work with me to give my family the best eye care possible. For them its not just a cheap eye test and selling some you some glasses, it all about whats right for your eyes.

Having read glowing reviews thought I would give them a try. Well I certainly was not disappointed. Service was excellent with great attention to detail. Staff very friendly, helpful and in a very relaxed setting. Darren was lovely and my friend will be booking with him shortly. Wanted my new glasses quickly for a weekend away and received them promptly. Will go back soon for another pair as their frame selection is superb. Well done to you all.

Friendly reception and friendly audiologist. Unrushed, clear explanation of the examination. Any trepidation I may have had initially was quickly dismissed. I'm actually looking forward to my new annual check!

I have been coming to the Observatory as a long term customer over many years. The optician (Darren) is highly skilled and professional, while being very friendly. The equipment available is truely exceptional and second to none. I know that this is really useful for people with any form of eye condition. The quality of glasses, if that is what you are looking for, can be significantly higher than high street chains. They take the time to make sure contact lenses are the best for your use and comfort. I can only recommend this local business and will continue to support them with my custom.

Welcoming staff, friendly environment, what more could you ask for? Fully comprehensive eye exam, with a great explanation of what was what with the pictures of my eyes! Great selection of glasses, with the staff on hand to steer me in the right direction as to what would suit my needs! Well done to Darren and the team! Now had my glasses fitted, very happy!!

Excellent customer service and extra help in realigning my wonky glasses (my fault). My eye test was thorough and informative.
