Brilliant place don't let the location put you off, the hosts are very friendly and leave you alone, very private with hottub, breakfast was included both morning and was scrumcious. A nice lil touch was that there was a bottle of fizz in the fridge. Great value and very relaxing

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Andrew the host was able to give loads of tips about ordering cakes and ballons to surprise my partner for his 50th birthday and helped us out by drilling a new hole in his belt! The place is gorgeous and 5 minute walk from Bedale, less - to a lovely cafe on the river for breakfast. The little gifts of Prosecco, chocolate, biscuits and crips were very thoughtful and the hot tub is immense. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
