Superb customer service, always welcoming and a great range of stock. Just bought a body protector today and was fitted professionally- all while having a laugh and finding something to suit every shape and size. Great place to shop.

Just the best customer service and most lovely staff. Every time I visit I am always greeted with happy and friendly people who care about the service they give. They always go above and beyond to help with anything I have needed. My most recent experience was needing a new battery, they helped me choose the one I needed and my current energiser needed a new attachment to be able to join the battery. Although they didn’t sell the specific wire I needed they researched which wires I would need and even found out where I could get them from so all I needed was to click a link. Thank you again!!

The best equine store in the area, the staff are always super friendly and helpful. A wide selection of items and they are very dog friendly.Lovely show room, customer rewards and free sweets at a the checkout!

Absolutely lovely shop and the staff are so friendly and professional. My daughter & I both had hat fittings and the level of detail and thorough checks made to make sure our hats fitted well was amazing. We will certainly be going back! I highly recommend.

My absolute favourite shop! The staff have all taken the trouble to get to know me and greet me by name, which makes me feel really welcome. They are all so helpful and knowledgeable, never make you feel hurried, never pushy with a sale, always give really good advice. The range of stock is brilliant and the way it's displayed is beautiful. It's just a really lovely place to spend your time and money. Thank you to all the staff at RB!
