I enquired about having my wedding invites printed and wanted a specific amount of each different page, and had a few questions before they were printed. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the staff at the Nuneaton branch were welcoming, kind and extremely helpful. A lady with piercings and wonderfully bright hair was great and was so quick with the printing whilst also juggling other customers with no issues. And the gentleman with glasses who helped on our arrival and with the till at the end was so cheerful. Overall a brilliant experience which was a big help on a small part of our wedding planning. Thanks very much!

I am disgusted with some of the members of staff in there and it seems one man in particular has earned himself a reputation for being rude and following people around the shop. I’m not normally someone who writes reviews but it is absolutely disrespectful and degrading to follow a group of 3 teenage girls around the shop as if they were stealing when nothing at all pointed to any evidence of stealing. I think the staff need some training on basic manners and on how to avoid being biased! Will be avoiding this member of staff at all costs and I hope I catch his name if I am ever in there and let whoever is in charge know. The experience , for the first time in years, was uncomfortable and intimidating, it is not okay to follow and stare at teenage girls. That being said there is a lovely older lady there which gives me some hope about the staff in this branch.

The team at Nuneaton are so helpful I have come in twice and the staff went above and beyond each time to get my printed info correct. Honestly a true credit to your team and I hope someone says thank you and well done to them what stars.

Some great stuff in store friendly staff

Went in with a query, senior staff member appeared to only be interested in their female co-worker and flirting with them. My query became unimportant and no effort was made to sell me anything just focused on flirting with the coworker.

Great service, young lady that served me was polite and knowledgeable. Able to provide answers to my questions regarding printer.Excellent service.

Great place right in the centre of town. Always very polite staff, and the management make sure you find what you need. Always well stocked plus have a money transfer service too.

Popped in to Rymans Nuneaton,to print some tickets of from the phone,like everything left it to the last minute,was assisted by two wonderful gentlemen called Keith and Jamie,I’d download the wrong thing but with their help it got sorted,in a world when people don’t appear to have time to help others it was a refreshing experience,wonderful old school putting customers first experience,thank you.
