I could not recommend Darren highly enough. He’s done such a good job, worked very hard to make sure the job was done as soon as possible, tidied up after himself, and was a thoroughly lovely guy during the whole thing.We now have a beautifully serviced boiler, radiators we can use without feeling like we’re melting! And it was all done at a very reasonable price.He even gave me some useful pointers about our system that will save us some money on our bills.

Darren has done air con and ventilation jobs as well as worked on our central heating system and boiler. He is always analytical and scientific in his approach achieving maximum results under any given condition. He gives a full explanation of the work he has done leaving detailed record of his work. He recently went above and beyond his call of duty when he stayed on for hours to clear blockage in a pipe after a standard power flush job. He is worth his weight in gold.

The system was noticeably more efficient after their visit, and as we had a positive experience contacted them again regarding an upgrade of our hot water system.Darren advised us how we could convert to a pressurised system to improve water flow at the taps and the volume of hot water available. The options were explained in detail, why the specifications had been chosen, and the quotes clearly laid out what was included.The quality of workmanship was the best I’ve seen; everything was done the right way, no shortcuts taken, and the pride in his work really shows. The installation took a number of days, and before Darren left at the end of each day, the work area was tidied so we retained easy and safe access to all rooms. Once completed, everything was cleaned and returned as it was, leaving no signs of disturbance.Darren was happy to take the time to answer all questions I had about the installation and operation of the new Mixergy tank. We now have an energy-efficient solution that delivers hot water far quicker than the old system and will help save money on our bills. Really happy with the service from Darren and Claire and of course the air con. We have struggled for years trying to cool our bedrooms in the summer (like most people!) and quick fixes of cheaper air con towers that you stick the pipe out the window just don’t compare to these units. It feels like we are sleeping in a hotel! Really pleased in the look of the units and they are super quiet. Would highly recommend this company. A friendly, professional and local business.
