Great service as the girls are always lovely and chatty with a smile! Very good prices as they are set so anyone could afford to look great, and the end result always makes you feel so much better. The furnishings are modern and make you look like you're in a posh salon, when instead you feel you're right at home. Teas, coffees, and squashes are always complimentary!

Dreadful experience with this salon. I would not recommend them.I had a reasonably good cut and booked ahead for balayage, talking with Taylor at great length about the colour and look I was wanting. Just two days before my scheduled appointment, Taylor called me to tell me her balayage course had been cancelled so she would not be able to do balayage. Surely this should have been explained before booking me in? I was led to believe that Taylor could do balayage during my initial appointment. If it hadn't been for my Birthday night out, I would have gone elsewhere, but with only two days notice I reluctantly agreed to an all over colour.Then, one hour before my appointment, the salon called to cancel my appointment due to staff sickness.Needless to say, I shall not be returning.Very poor treatment from dishonest staff.

Brilliant salon - been having my hair cut here for years! The girls are lovely and will do whatever they can to fit you in, even if they're already pushed for time!

Great salon, been coming here for years. Friendly staff and great covid measures in place so feel very safe. I can highly recommend Tayler. I have very difficult hair to cut and style and she does a fabulous job and also colours it exactly as I want it.

Customer service is excellent staff are super friendly, love my hair cut and on going back in a few weeks to get my hair lightened they are fantastic at salon 98 wouldnt go anywhere else
