A really great 6 week transformation programme , I’ve lost inches all around and half a stone in weight . I feel fitter and healthier with the provided diet plan , changed my approach to food , drink and exercise .The team including nutrition and coaches are excellent and supportive throughout and it’s a lovely welcoming environment even if you’re a bit out of practice or just starting up . I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it

Joined the Innovate Fitness & Well-being 6 week program. I was given lots of feedback, encouragement and support both on the app and from the coaches during the classes. I found the plan really easy to follow. The coaches and classes are great and all the other members are friendly and supportive. After my 6 weeks were over I decided to join the monthly membership and continue to enjoy going to the classes and am still losing weight and toning up. If you want to get fit and revamp your eating habits I can recommend Innovate Fitness & Well-being.

I’ve been a member for more than 1 year now and really enjoy the variety of classes and the instructors are very good too (they show you how to do each exercise prior to each session starting so you always know what you are doing). Each class lasts about 50 minutes and the workouts are completely different each time so it never gets boring. I enjoy the 6:10am class but there are many glasses daily to choose from including weekends. I did the 4 week weight loss challenge when I first joined and managed to drop 12cm from my waist in the first few of weeks and can put that down to the food plan, regular contact from the instructor and regular classes (I think I was doing 4 a week in the gym then 1 online from home). I go 3 times a week now and feel it’s a good amount to maintain.

I got in touch with Innovate after talking to a couple of friends who were members and seeing the positive reviews on FB. I needed to motivate myself as exercise had taken a firm back seat due to work commitments and I was tired all the time. Yes, I wanted to lose weight but my main driver was health and energy as I move through my 50s.The classes are incredibly varied so you don't get bored and the timetable of ensuring that there is no class on the same day each week means that if you have a set routine of availability, you get a different workout which is great. Hannah and Pamela are incredibly motivating and supportive with check ins a couple of times a week. The coaches - Kate and Hannah P-H (early mornings) are lovely and encouraging (as are the other members) whilst pushing you to do your own best and the FB group is active with lots of motivational posts of daily wins as well as a bit of humour if the week hasn't quite gone to plan (real life!).Innovate has given me a great boost to get me back on track and the support has been incredible. I have a way to go but I have more energy, am sleeping better, eating better and have started to tone up. Thank you so much! Cx

I joined 6 weeks ago for the 6 week transformation programme to get my diet and fitness back on track. I have lost 8lbs, gained muscle, taken 8cm off my waist & 6.5 cm from my hips. I feel so much better and in a totally different mindset. Very easy to follow nutrition programme and varied exercise classes to suit abilities in a friendly and motivational space. Great instructors to push you to your goals & offer coaching & advice. Thank you!!

After trying all sorts of different workout plans and diets, I thought I would give innovate fitness a go and it did not disappoint. From start to finish I was supported throughout. The fitness coaches are extremely motivating and really friendly. My nutrition coach was always there to answer any questions and kept me disciplined with support and knowledge. Would highly recommend.

Awesome gym sessions and coaches, really friendly environment, can't recommend highly enough.Classes that fit in with life, and the personal touch from the coaches during the training sessions is great. Great variety of exercises with no one session ever the same.

I've been a member of Innovate for over 4 years now having been a member of other gyms for many years and typically attending for two months and then paying for the rest of year and not being motivated to go. Innovate is so different, it is group personal training so you don't need to be as self motivated, the coaches tell you what to do and encourage (not push) you to do your best in each session. Every session is totally different with a mix of type of classes and equipment used from weights and bikes to prowlers, TRX and even hammers and tyres. It never gets boring and it is such a friendly and welcoming place. I've made a lot of friends and look forward to each session. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking to get fitter and healthier.

Innovate Fitness allows you to concentrate on your personal fitness objectives with like minded women and coaches. A wonderful environment to get stronger and leaner and more agile week by week... The sessions are varied and inspirational and allow you to increase your initial fitness to become stronger and more inspired every week.
