The Rabbit Hole at The Mount - Venaspace

Excellent and affordable co-working space and office areas for daily rental in the center of Exeter. Highly usable space, will be amazing once a few more guests are using it regularly, and sure it will be popular very soon. We plan to use it occasionally for the work of David Swinfen Associates, as we are now based in the South West of UK.

The Mount's meeting rooms are ideal for small and large meetings and even events. Clean and well equipped they are suitable for both formal and informal meetings, with kitchen facilities for all-important coffee breaks!

Great meeting facilities! We used the large meeting room here for a day's corporate training and the space was very comfortable, well equipped and the Apple TV allowed us to project from our own device. Egle was very efficient in handling our booking and was delightful to work with. Would definitely use Venaspace again!

I've used The Rabbit Hole on a few occasions, and pay on the day for useage. The space is big with plenty of space, with several desks for working.Best bit - free beer on Fridays!! What's not to like? They also have a good choice of music available and during the normal 9-5 working hours it's at a comfortable volume for working. There's also a pool table and table football for breaks.The staff are all lovely and very helpful, and all of the people using the space for working seem really happyThey have a Nespresso machine (around £1.50 a coffee) or you can bring your own coffee and use the facilities.

EDIT:After I posted the review below, a representative from The Rabbit Hole got in touch to offer a sincere and much-appreciated apology, and a full refund. I was also given assurances that the company responsible for my negative experience had been moved to a different working space better suited to their needs (and the needs of any future guests!). I was given an open invite to try a free week in TRH in the future, which I will certainly take up.I can't fault the customer service here, and am really impressed with how the situation was handled. :)_____________________________________________________________________I thought that this place was worth a try, but my experience was largely unpleasant. The space isn't suited (or at least, it wasn't suited on the Monday I visited) for people looking for a calm place to focus on work.When I visited, the central area was populated by a large group of co-workers, all talking loudly on bluetooth headsets. Some had desktop computers and multiple screens, which gave the impression that they're permanently installed there. By itself, not a problem - but the booking website certainly didn't give any indication that the space was already being used to such an extent. A loud atmosphere is fine for some, but not for all.Several of these workers conducted loud phone calls while walking around the area. At one point a chap walked past my table while saying, and I kid you not, yeah mate

Awesome Coworking space!!Great places for Coworkers but also an epic space for events with use of their beer tap, bar and pool table aswell. Awesome job guys

Great venue! I've run a training and a networking event at Venaspace. I was very well looked after, the space is great value for money and I'll be back!
