I can highly recommend James.Response time and communication I cannot fault.He is knowledgable and professional, my tumble dryer had stopped working, James was able explain what had happened and fixed the problem straight away.Prices are reasonable.Would highly recommend!

Very helpful! Offered advice to try before coming out to sort out the issue. Luckily not a big repair, but James spent a good time ensuring the fix was good, and offering the benefit of his years of experience to help us avoid the issue reoccurring.Good value repair, bang on time for the appointment. Excellent work, we are grateful, and have no hesitation recommending fully.

James came to fix my washing machine. Was really knowledgeable about my machine. He came the day before to see what it was and then brought the spare parts the next day to fix it. Really reasonable charge, very fair. Am very pleased would definitely recommend. Thank you James.

We needed someone to fix our washing machine quickly, as we had just come back from holiday to find the machine wouldn't work. James came around the same day and although the machine was 12 years old suggested that it could be fixed with new brushes. The brushes and James came later in the week and he then found that the motor was also broken. He didn't charge me for the brushes or his time which I thought was truly delightful. James will be my first engineer to call in future and I would recommend him to everyone.

James was so helpful and knowledgeable, and diagnosed my (sadly broken) washing machine over the phone, and with a video of the machine. He also advised on the most reliable brand to go for next, and was extremely helpful and I didn't feel rushed off the phone, or like I was being a bother. A pleasure to chat to.I would recommend James and definitely contact him again in the future for any other white goods needs, 5 star service!
