I first visited Clare 6 months ago after a recommendation from a friend. I had not had a massage for nearly 15 years and was slightly anxious before my visit. I needn't have worried. I now visit Clare monthly and find the whole experience invaluable.

5*+++I had to work through some internal hesitations before I found myself in my first tapping session with Clare.I have historical and current challenges with my immediate family that are painful and nothing short of meaty. I hoped Clare could support me in creating some distance between these memories and me.I found Clare directive, informative and considerate of my fledgling EFT status. She checked in regularly during our time, making sure we were working in line with my wishes.I experienced intense emotions and could have felt vulnerable. However Clare held them with me- respectfully and compassionately.Are all my problems now solved? No, they aren’t.
