I saw Ben yesterday. I had both ears cleaned. He kindly did this procedure by hand. I suffer with Tinnitus and I wasn’t keen on the noise of the suction machine. He has kept me updated from the moment I booked until my visit. Totally professional from start to finish. Very reasonable price. I would recommend this service to anyone that has any hearing needs. I met Ben for the first time yesterday, he'd gone out of his way to fit me on Saturday morning as I needed a last minute appointment prior to ear moulds being taken for my work. Couldn't recommend him enough, I've also booked a follow up appointment for a full hearing assessment in a few week's time. Thanks Ben!

Recently had a problem with my hearing; started with a slight hearing loss which developed in a full blown ear infection. After two rounds of antibiotics, there was still an obstruction and the hearing had not returned. My GP suggested to have it checked by audiologist. The waiting list being long on the NHS, she suggested that I check the services on the high street.I asked my pharmacist, Calder Pharmacy in Notting Hill, always a great resource, if they knew of anyone, and they referred me to Ben. I got an appointment a few days later.Ben is very knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and I was in good hands. He was able to remove painlessly a good chuck of dry cells and wax in a few mins and my hearing has immediatelyreturned.I was going to have the other one done for good measure and he said it was unnecessary.Isha at reception, is equally lovely; I would recommend Ben’s services without hesitation.
