Horrendous customer service.

VIP Spray Foam installed BASF Walltite cavity wall insulation in my property in December 2022.Professional service from Vernon, punctual, hard working and knowledgeable about the products and how to apply them.I noticed a huge difference in comfort in the property after the insulation was installed, especially in the room with 3 exterior walls.I used VIP Spray Foam for the install as they are approved installers from BASF themselves. Would trust Vernon to install this product again if the need arose.Our property is in Ayr so VIP Spray foam are not just limited to Glasgow. I think Vernon said all over the UK.

VIP did our cavity wall insulation. Spray foam. They were excellent. Arrived on time and got straight into it. They were always polite and friendly and worked hard. I would fully recommend.

Phoned them for qoute said they would phone me back weekend a half later still no call call
