Our company entered into a 5 year telephony contract with NCS Office Systems approximately 18 months ago, James Mason being our Account Manager. Our experience to date and service provided has been excellent. Any issues we have experienced (which have been very few) have been dealt with promptly and professionally. The Engineers who installed the system were also very professional, helpful and tidy! I would have no problem recommending this company from our experience to date.

Alfred Pallas has used NCS for a number of years for our telephone and internet systems. I have found them to be responsive, highly professional and very efficient. They are excellent at resolving any issues with support from local technicians and back up from head office. James, in particular, is always available and responds quickly when needed. I have no hesitation in recommending NCS to other businesses looking for office systems.

Very happy with the service from NCS. They took over the phone system for the Practice which has helped improve access for patients and also enabled the Practice to manage demand. James Mason, the contract Manager, is always helpful and will go the extra mile to ensure the service provided is to a high standard. Any faults are dealt with as a priority. Would recommend.

I have found NCS to be a great company. We have used them for many years for our telephone systems across all our branches and now for our copiers too. Anytime I make any queries the staff are really helpful and Johnathon Thompson always goes out of his way to sort a query.

I work for UK Industrial Tapes Limited, NCS supply Photocopiers, Franking Machines, phones etc into the business. Our account manager Jonathon Thompson is always available to help at short notice, he is always looking to save us money and offer great upgrades and on the rare occasion we have a problem it's sorted in within the hour.Can't recommend them enough.
