Have to give a massive shout out for Daryl and Charlotte at DVB Hire. Nothing is ever an issue. Always manage to get what ever I need when I need it, amazing customer service. Thank you team DVBThey have a great stock of self drive machines and small tools. Will see them again on Saturday when they deliver the scaffold tower.

Very helpful staff Charlotte was informative and helpful giving me a quick response to any questions. Delivery driver was a plesent staff member and helpful, it was nice to have the same person deliver and collect. Deposit was delt with by Charlotte the next day and it was a delight to deal with them ,first rate company .

Made contact with DVB hire about a mini digger. It was delivered on time machine was in excellent condition delivery man explained controls thoroughly and was careful to point out that existing grass may be damaged by the treads when turning. Machine did the job perfectly was collected on time as agreed and deposit refunded immediately . The whole process was controlled by Charlotte ( my point of contact from the outset ) who was top class throughout. It was genuinely a nice experience to have such good attentive service from clearly a very credible company and individuals who i suspect care about and enjoy their jobs . Thankyou Darron
