Excellent service and communication. I was really impressed with how well the logo embroidery and printing came out. The quality of the polo shirts was very good and I was really happy with the flexibility Direct Workwear provided. I will certainly re-order when I need new work wear in the future.

I ordered some lab coats recently and desperately needed them within a tight time frame, and Fran was more than willing to help and accommodate my requests. Fran was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful throughout, communicating frequently and remaining patient when there were delays on my end. The coats arrived early and I couldn't be happier with the quality - they look great! Couldn't recommend more!

Excellent service. Fran and the team turned around an initial enquiry into an order of 30+ polo shirts embroidered and delivered in a little over 7 days. Highly recommended and we will be using them again.

Very easy and friendly company to deal with. Order was for T shirts for our football club with an embroidered logo. It was different sizes, designs and colours and their team responding really well to the evolving specification. The end result is very good the shirts are good quality and the execution of the logo first class. I suspect many more club players will want one so will be back to Direct.

Used this company to add a company logo to uniform for my business. Fran was excellent!Even for smaller volume orders the service was excellent. Logo was digitised and mock up's of final product sent. Communication was quick and the turnaround was always quicker than originally than quoted. Will continue to use going forward.
